Exchange 2010 OWA White Screen

After you install Update Roll-ups on Exchange 2010, it is common to get a blank white page when browsing to your Outlook Web Access page after the update. If you navigate to your Outlook Web Access and the address is redirected to, this is a strong indication that this is your issue. This issue occurs when the Update Roll-up fails to update the CAS with it’s new files. To fix this issue you must run the Exchange Management Shell on the Exchange Server and execute the command below:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Bin\UpdateCas.ps1"

Once complete, you should now be able to navigate to your Outlook Web Access as you did prior to the update. The latest offender is the Update Roll-up 10 for Exchange 2010 SP3.
